Our Program
The treatment program as MSC was designed by the founder/CEO, Dr. Fredda Branyon. One thing that makes our treatment program so different than others is that your treatment is designed specifically for you. At MSC, we believe that every medical disorder is as unique as the person suffering from it. We believe that there is no truly effective “cookie-cutter” method of treatment, so our doctors and staff work closely with the patient to find the best possible treatment options.
Step 1.
Once you contact MSC, one of our qualified representatives will contact you within a few hours. They will answer any questions you may have regarding MSC’s treatment program, help you complete the necessary applications and medical history forms, and schedule a telephone consultation with one of our doctors.
Step 2.
During your telephone consultation with the doctor, you will have the opportunity to discuss in detail which types of stem cells are used by MSC, the type of cells the doctor believes is right for you, and the treatment administration. This is also a great time to ask the doctor any questions regarding treatment and recovery. The typical telephone consultation lasts 30-45 minutes, but there is no rush; our caring staff doesn’t limit the time spent with you. It is more important for you to be as comfortable as possible with your treatment options.
Step 3.
After the telephone consultation, our representatives will work with you to make the trip to our facilities as comfortable and cost-effective as possible. MSC works with local hotels that are willing to provide our patients with the best rates and easy access to various amenities, including restaurants and shopping centers.
The patient will travel to one of MSC’s beautiful facilities in either Panama or Mexico. Once the patient arrives at the designated facility, he/she will have a face-to-face consultation with one of our doctors. During this consultation, the doctor will perform a complete physical and discuss medical history and treatment. The patient will then be given the opportunity to inspect and receive the stem cells. Also, there is a short hydration IV to assist with the transportation of the cells through the body. Lastly, all patients and their caregivers are invited to attend a question-and-answer session with Dr. Branyon. During this time, the patients learn how the stem cells work and what to expect over the next few months.
Step 4.
After the treatment is administered and the patient returns home, MSC’s staff continues to stay in contact with the patient. We will never forget about you! A representative of MSC will speak with you on a regular basis for the next year to ask about noticeable signs of recovery and also to answer any questions that you may have.

- Honesty. There are no hidden costs or fees. Many clinics will offer the patient a price quote that only purchases the stem cells. Any other services, such as treatment administration and doctor’s consultations are charged separately. At MSC, the cost of treatment includes all correspondence with our representatives, doctor’s consultations, and treatment administration. Any additional services that are not included in the cost will be discussed with the patient prior to scheduling treatment.
